Jordan Gray is one of the UK's most celebrated rising comedians and screenwriters. She is the creator, writer, co-lead and exec producer of ITV’s record-breaking new sitcom ‘Transaction’ – co-starring Nick Frost.

Her 2022 solo hour Is It A Bird? (now streaming on Ch4) sold out at the Edinburgh Fringe Fest and was nominated for The Dave Comedy Award (formerly the Perrier), and the Melbourne Int Comedy Fest ‘Most Outstanding Show’. She won Next Up's Biggest Award in Comedy and The British Comedy Guide's Comedian's Comedian, and Channel 4’s Breakthrough Comedy Star.

Her career across TV, standup and screenwriting has her working with such industry giants as Simon Pegg, Gillian Anderson, Olivia Wilde, Jameela Jamil and Matt Lucas - with her live shows garnering public praise from the likes of David Tennant, Ian McKellen, Karen Gillan and Jason Isaacs.

 She has also appeared on Q.I., The Last Leg, The Russell Howard Hour, Off Menu, As Yet Untitled, Joe Lycett's (BAFTA-winning) Got Your Back Christmas Special, Ch4’s Stand Up to Cancer, Big Brother Late and Live, and Jack Whitehall's Safe Space.

 Jordan went on to change the face of live British TV with an iconic performance on Channel 4's RTS-and-BAFTA-winning Friday Night Live. A week later she became the first transgender person to take a solo stand-up show to The London Palladium. Her ITV sitcom 'Transaction' has been a huge success for the channel and has received superb reviews; 'impressively sophisticated' - (The Guardian) and can now be watched on ITVX.

She is currently on stage at the Edinburgh Fringe with her stand up show; 'Is that A C***k In Your Pocket, or Are You Here To Kill Me' which has been highlighted as one of the performances to see at the festival by TimeOut.
