Cecilie Fjellhoy is an inspiration to audiences around the world as she first came into the public eye when coming forward with her fraud story, widely known as the Tinderswindler case. After her story became the foundation on Netflix most viewed documentary of all time, she aims to utilise her insights and expertise to help financial institutions, police and society to change perceptions and combat romance fraud.
Passionate that victims should be part of the discussion for changing processes, laws, and regulations, Cecilie has dedicated her career towards making a positive change throughout the community. Cecilie is now the proud Co-Founder of LoveSaid CIC, an organisation which aims to change the stigma of emotional scams for victims and the wider society. Creating an environment made by fraud victims for fraud victims, she is creating a safe space where victims feel comfortable to open up about what they have been through and take the necessary steps to seek justice.
