Chart topping podcast Postcards From Midlife is co-hosted by former glossy magazine editors Lorraine Candy and Trish Halpin. Between them they’ve edited Sunday Times Style, Marie Claire, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Red and InStyle during their stellar careers in journalism, fashion and beauty. Now they are bringing their wit, wisdom and content know-how to the midlife Gen X audience.
With the help of celebrity guests such as Kate Garraway, Louise Minchin, Meg Matthews and Caitlin Moran, plus women’s wellbeing experts Dr Louise Newson and Dr Shahzadi Harper, they offer an upbeat and useful look at this stage of life, tackling everything from hormones, sex, relationships and mental health, through to parenting teens and looking after ageing parents.
