Zanna van Dijk is a London-based, Yorkshire-born qualified personal trainer, blogger, vlogger and co-founder of the #girlgains movement. She explores topics related to fitness, food, travel, lifestyle and environmental issues across her blog and social media platforms and is a practicing personal trainer, dedicated to providing education and evidence-based information and advice to her audience. Zanna is passionate about empowering women and on a mission to educate as many people as possible about how to look after their bodies in a balanced, enjoyable and sustainable way, which comes from a place of self love.
Zanna is the first UK-based Adidas global ambassador. She has been on the cover of The Sunday Times Style magazine, Women’s Fitness and Healthy; and has been named one of Women’s Health’s top 5 fitness bloggers for 2017. Zanna released her first book Strong last year and has previously released her own sell-out activewear collection with Sports Philosophy. Zanna has collaborated with established brands such as Fitness First, Waitrose, Nissan, American Express and Tommy Hilfiger.
Following the success of last year, Zanna will be the headline act for Balance Festival again this year. She hosts and speaks at various events ranging from intimate brunches to large group workouts. These include her own series of supper clubs for young female entrepreneurs. She has also spoken at events for Guardian masterclasses, Google and The Telegraph. The #girlgains movement and events company she co-owns focuses on creating a community of positive, empowering women; and has ambassadors across the globe from a Dublin to Sydney. Events are run on a monthly basis and focus on educating, motivating and inspiring women in fitness.
Zanna hosts international fitness retreats, and also creates active travel guides for various destinations. She has worked with Tourism Australia, Tourism Finland, Tourism Ireland, Discover Greece, Visit Jersey, Visit Norway and more.
