Nina Parker is a London based chef, writer and director of her own food company, ‘NINA’. She currently has two cookbooks (NINA St Tropez and NINA Capri) which both pay homage to the region’s stunning scenery and cuisine. After working in London restaurants, she now does private catering for clients including Donatella Versace, Russell Brand and Stormzy. Nina has written content for publications such as Vogue and Conde Nast Traveller and is the food travel columnist for Tatler, The Evening Standard’s ES Insider and environmental publication, Eco-Age. Nina often hosts supper-clubs with Chef Francesco Mazzei, who she trained with at L’Anima, and has appeared on ITV’s This Morning promoting her catering business and Capri cookbook.
Nina promotes sustainable brands through her social channels and is ambassador for new eco toothpaste tablets, Pärla. Whether she is interviewing guests such as Fearne Cotton, Deliciously Ella, The Doctor’s Kitchen or creating her IGTV series with Millie Mackintosh, delicious, easy-to-make-food is at the centre of what she does.
In 2020 Nina will launch her third cookbook, “Saucy” which will offer over 100 recipes with sauces from California to Mexico City to Tokyo. This book is a collection of quick, flavourful dishes that are inspired by her travels with a modern feel. Saucy is set to be published in November 2020.
